10月18日，柳工在老撾中部塔克舉行服務(wù)中心開業(yè)典禮，標(biāo)志著柳工在老撾本地化服務(wù)邁出關(guān)鍵一步。該中心將依托完善的服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)，為當(dāng)?shù)乜蛻籼峁└咝?、全面的一站式服?wù)支持。柳工代表、合作伙伴、客戶及媒體等嘉賓共同見證這一重要時刻。

On October 18, LiuGong officially opened its new service center in Thakhek, central Laos, marking a key step in the company's localized service network across Laos. The center will provide customers with more efficient, comprehensive, and localized one-stop support. The inauguration ceremony was attended by LiuGong representatives, partners, customers, and media.

新建成的服務(wù)中心具備四大核心功能。專業(yè)維修與保養(yǎng)：配備專業(yè)工具，支持柳工全系列設(shè)備的故障診斷、大修與定期維護(hù)；配件供應(yīng)：設(shè)立配件倉庫，儲備常用及關(guān)鍵配件，大幅縮短設(shè)備待修時間；技術(shù)培訓(xùn)賦能：作為本地培訓(xùn)基地，定期為客戶及技術(shù)人員提供操作、保養(yǎng)與排障指導(dǎo)；快速響應(yīng)機(jī)制：建立服務(wù)熱線與調(diào)度體系，確?？蛻粜枨蟮玫降谝粫r間響應(yīng)。

The newly established service center offers four core functions: Professional repair and maintenance services, equipped with specialized tools to support full-range LiuGong equipment; Parts supply, with a warehouse stocking common and critical components to significantly reduce downtime; Technical training programs, serving as a local training base for equipment operation and maintenance; Rapid response mechanisms, featuring a service hotline and dispatch system to ensure timely support.
