GENMA帶斗門座機(jī)相較于傳統(tǒng)的四連桿門座機(jī)，通過集成“料斗”和“給料系統(tǒng)”，縮短抓斗作業(yè)路徑，不僅實(shí)現(xiàn)了高效、連續(xù)的物料裝卸作業(yè)，還大幅降低了設(shè)備運(yùn)行能耗。同時(shí)，該機(jī)型采用密閉式輸送系統(tǒng)，能夠有效抑制粉塵外溢，在節(jié)能與環(huán)保方面具備顯著優(yōu)勢(shì)。

Recently, GENMA has successfully secured an order for two portal cranes with Hopper from a domestic client. The equipment for this order will be manufactured by Nantong Rainbow Heavy Machineries Co., Ltd., and will be used for the efficient unloading of grains such as soybeans, wheat, and corn at the client's terminal.

Compared to traditional four-link portal crane, GENMA's portal crane with Hopper integrates a "hopper" and "feeding system" to shorten the grab bucket's operational path. This not only enables efficient and continuous material handling but also significantly reduces the energy consumption of the equipment. Additionally, this model adopts a sealed conveying system, effectively suppressing dust emissions and offering notable advantages in energy conservation and environmental protection.
