萬廣華教授

南開大學(xué)資深教授、發(fā)展研究院副院長，聯(lián)合國、亞洲開發(fā)銀行前高級(jí)官員，在《World Development》《Health Economics》等期刊和牛津大學(xué)出版社發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)成果300多項(xiàng)，其中中文期刊論文160多篇，僅在《中國社會(huì)科學(xué)》《經(jīng)濟(jì)研究》兩刊上就發(fā)表近30篇。根據(jù)RePEc，在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家中排名前4%，亞洲前2%，是多年的高被引學(xué)者。先后4次獲得國家自科基金委項(xiàng)目，2項(xiàng)重點(diǎn)（每項(xiàng)直接費(fèi)用200多萬），1次專項(xiàng)（150萬）。

氣候變化與世界收入分配：全球變暖對(duì)國家間不平等的影響

Although climate change affects different countries, regions and sectors differently, its impacts on between-country inequality have received scant research attention. To fill this gap, we apply regression-based inequality decomposition to 1950 – 2019 data from 152 countries, taking into consideration the volatility of and spatial dispersion in temperature in addition to the commonly-used variable of temperature level. Our analytical results reveal that in accounting for the level of between-country inequality, the contribution of temperature variables is around 8-9%. In accounting for the change in global inequality, the overall impact of climate change appears to be small, causing the Gini index to rise by 0.16 percentage points only.
