近日，GENMA 1800噸大型造船門式起重機(jī)在江蘇揚(yáng)子泓遠(yuǎn)造船有限公司順利完成主梁提升，標(biāo)志著該超大型起重裝備取得關(guān)鍵進(jìn)展。該起重機(jī)由潤邦重機(jī)生產(chǎn)制造，是GENMA品牌在超大型造船門式起重機(jī)領(lǐng)域的又一重要成果。

該龍門吊起重量達(dá)1800噸，跨度178米，起升高度90米，采用單主梁設(shè)計(jì)，適用于大跨度船廠作業(yè)。設(shè)備配備多臺(tái)獨(dú)立小車，支持單吊、抬吊及船體分段空中翻身等多種作業(yè)模式，抬吊能力達(dá)1800噸，翻身能力達(dá)1000噸，能夠滿足清潔能源船舶等大型分段的高強(qiáng)度吊裝需求。

GENMA 1800T Shipbuilding Gantry Crane Successfully Hoisted into Position

Recently, the main girder of a GENMA 1800-ton Shipbuilding Gantry Crane was successfully hoisted and precisely positioned at Jiangsu Yangzi Hongyuan Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. This crane was manufactured by RHM, marking a significant achievement for the GENMA brand in the field of ultra-large lifting equipment.

With a lifting capacity of 1,800 tons, a span of 178 meters, and a hoisting height of 90 meters, this single-girder gantry crane is designed for large-span operations in shipyards. It features multiple independent trolleys, supporting various lifting modes including single lifting, tandem lifting, and mid-air turnover of ship sections. The crane offers a tandem lift capacity of up to 1,800 tons and a section turnover capacity of 1,000 tons, making it well-suited for handling large modules such as those for clean energy vessels.
